چکیده
Aseel and Naked neck are major chicken breeds of the tropics well-known for their thermotolerance robustness. However, both them especially very susceptible to Avian Influenza (AI) which cause huge mortalities. The role cytokines in relation pathology severity disease caused by endemic strain (H9N2) AIV these remained thus far unclear. aim this study was investigate effects H9N2 on expression level IL-1β, IL-6 IL-8 lung tissues Aseel, crossbred Neck, White Leghorn (WLH). In total 60 birds, 20 from each breed, were used study, whereas 30 birds (10 breed) challenged intranasally with virus a concentration 106 EID50 at 6wk age other half treated as control. sampled 5th day post-infection differential IL-6, using qRT-PCR. Our data revealed significant difference (P<0.001) gene levels among all response viral challenge. It also observed that after exposure virus, showed highest increase expressions interleukin (IL-1 β, IL-8) genes followed Neck WLH respectively suggesting greater susceptibility compared breeds. results agreement incidence mortality AI

IL-1β and IL-6 Upregulation in Children with H1N1 Influenza Virus Infection
The role of cytokines in relation to clinical manifestations, disease severity, and outcome of children with H1N1 virus infection remains thus far unclear. The aim of this study was to evaluate interleukin IL-1 β and IL-6 plasma expressions and their association with clinical findings, disease severity, and outcome of children with H1N1 infection. We prospectively evaluated 15 children with H1N...

Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of concurrent training on pre-inflammatory (IL-1β, TNF-α) and anti-inflammatory (IL-10) cytokines gene expression in women with type2 diabetes. Methods: 18-patients (age30-38, >130 glycemic index) were selected, randomly, and divided into control (n=6) the concurrent training(diabetes, n=6) and the concurrent training (healthy...
متن کاملEffects of IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-8 on erythrocytes, platelets and clot viscoelasticity
Complex interactions exist between cytokines, and the interleukin family plays a fundamental role in inflammation. Particularly circulating IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-8 are unregulated in systemic and chronic inflammatory conditions. Hypercoagulability is an important hallmark of inflammation, and these cytokines are critically involved in abnormal clot formation, erythrocyte pathology and platelet hyp...

Background: Pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines and polymorphisms of their genes have been described to be involved in the pathogenesis of recurrent miscarriage (RM). Objective: To investigate the association between RM and five polymorphisms of cytokine genes, interleukin 10 (IL-10), (-592 A/C, -819 C/T, -1082 A/G), IL-6 (-174 C/G) and IL-17 (-197 G/A) in Iranian women. Method: Po...
متن کاملDetection of IL-4, IL-6 and IL-12 Serum Levels in Generalized Aggressive Periodontitis
Background: Periodontitis is a multifactorial chronic inflammatory disease characterized by destruction of tooth-supporting tissues. Environmental and genetic factors as well as the immune system participate in this process. Recent studies have attempted to elucidate the role of cytokine networks involved in periodontal diseases. Objective: To assess and compare the levels of IL-4, IL-6 and IL-...
